Wenhaston Womens Institute (WI)

Wenhaston WI is a thriving group of local women with a wide range of interests. In 2014 it celebrated its 95th year. Meetings are held on the first Wednesday evening of every month, usually taking place in the Village Hall. The programme includes a wide variety of speakers. There are a number of activities available to members. These include book clubs, a diners club, as well as Scrabble, darts and play reading groups. In addition to these there are outings and other activities throughout the year. Women of all ages are welcome to join the WI. The WI is a national non-political and non-religious movement.
